Appointments
All appointments should be booked online in advance. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a text/email confirming the Date and Time of your service. Your stylist will also send a confirmation text/email 1-2 days before your appointment, at that time you will need to confirm that you will be at your scheduled appointment. Failure to confirm an appointment will result in cancellation. For this purpose, we recommend keeping your contact information on file current. Your appointment time starts at the time you choose when you book online.
First-time clients (no prior history on the booking site) are subject to a $25 consultation fee to secure an appointment.
Extra guests are not permitted during your appointment, as seating is limited to clients receiving services.
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please contact the stylist at 804-993-3043.
Our stylists do not use outside products unless prescribed by a physician. All products must be in their original bottles with the prescription attached.
If you are scheduled for a consultation to establish your locs, please arrive with your hair clean and in its natural state, free of weaves, wigs, or braids. You will receive test locks during this visit.
Any previous styling to locs should be taken down before a service (unless you've booked a "Style Take Down" service).
Health & Safety
Masks are optional and can be worn during your service. If you have a fever/cold or not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will NOT incur a penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
This fee may also apply if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, resulting in the cancellation of your appointment.
No-call-no-shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the service cost.
As a client, if your appointment starts late, you have the right to cancel your appointment without penalty and will receive a FULL refund of any service fees charged to your card on file.
Love YAH Locs and all affiliated stylists reserve the right to refuse service, or cancel an appointment for any reason. If this occurs, any service fees will be refunded to your card on file.

Love YAH Locs operates www.loveyahlocs.com and www.loveyahlocs.square.site websites, which provide the SERVICE. This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service, the Love YAH Locs website. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We do not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
